October Half Term Events in Mid Wales

Welshpool Halloween Parade & Party

Join the spooky fun in Welshpool town. The parade starts from the Bus Station, travelling down Church Street. There will be a fancy dress competition, music, games, spooky treats and community fun.
Welshpool Steam Railway
Dates: 27 – 31 October 2025

Welsh Legends Maze (King Arthur’s Labyrinth)
Dates: 23 October – 5 November 2025
This maze transforms for Halloween with themed quests suitable for families. Younger children look for “dressed up dragons,” while older kids and adults can tackle “cold case conundrums” and puzzles along the route.
Spooky Mountain – The Silver Mountain Experience
