Long Preston Deeps

Distance: Full route approximately 11 miles. – Approx 2 Miles From Gallaber Park
Difficulty: Moderately Easy.
Located not too far from Long Preston, Long Preston Deeps is a wetlands project along the River Ribble. The floodplain on the valley floor provides a perfect habitat, resulting in excellent birdlife. The trail extends alongside the River Ribble towards Settle, offering a picturesque walk.

Gordale Scar & Malham Cove Walk

Distance: Approximately 6 miles – 9 Miles From Gallaber Park
Difficulty: Moderate.
Discover the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales on the Gordale Scar & Malham Cove Walk. This moderate walk treats you and your furry friend to the stunning Gordale Scar with its beautiful Janet Foss waterfall. Enjoy the open terrain leading to the impressive Malham Cove, where you can see the limestone formations. Enjoy breathtaking views and let your dog explore the wonders of this remarkable trail.

Ingleton Waterfalls Trail

Distance: Approximately 4.5 miles – 16 Miles From Gallaber Park
Difficulty: Moderate.
Ingleton Waterfalls Trail offers plenty of opportunities to view beautiful landscapes all year round. Unleash your inner explorer and make unusual discovers with the rare and interesting plants and wildlife on offer. While dogs are more than welcome on this trail, your pooch will need to be kept on a lead at all times.

Settle Loop (Circular)

Distance: Approximately 10 miles – 7 Miles From Gallaber Park
Difficulty: Moderate.
Explore the Settle Loop, a moderate trail that takes you through beautiful Yorkshire countryside around Long Preston. Enjoy the stunning views of rolling hills and open spaces, with designated areas for dogs to roam freely and soak in the natural surroundings.

Whernside Circular from Ribblehead

Distance: Approximately 8 miles – 22 Miles From Gallaber Park
Difficulty: Moderate.
Nestled near Ribblehead, the Whernside Circular walk is a dog-friendly adventure that is challenging but rewarding. This circular route offers breathtaking views of the Yorkshire Dales, featuring stunning greenery and rugged landscapes. Be sure to keep your dog on a lead, especially when encountering livestock. You and your furry companion are sure to enjoy the panoramic views along this picturesque circular walk.
